Getting the photo without spoiling the surprise
- Their social feeds are usually full of the pet. Save the sharpest photo in which the pet faces the camera.
- Ask a family member or a housemate to send you a few.
- A screenshot works, as long as the face is sharp and the image is at least 400 pixels across.
- If you get the chance, take one yourself: at the pet’s eye level, in daylight, with no flash.
When to order
Each canvas is printed to order in 2 to 3 business days, and US delivery takes 1 to 5 business days after that. Allow 8 business days to be safe, and more around the holidays, when carriers slow down.
Cutting it close? The digital file is ready the moment you pay. Print it nearby, or put it in a card and let them choose where the canvas goes.

Questions about gifting
Can I send the canvas straight to the person I am giving it to?
Yes. At checkout, enter their address as the shipping address. Canvases ship to US addresses.
What if they don’t like it?
You approve a free preview before you pay, which is the moment to judge it. Because each portrait is made for one pet, we can’t take returns for a change of mind.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet. The digital file is the closest thing: it arrives instantly, and they can print it wherever they like.
How long does delivery take?
Printing takes 2 to 3 business days, and US delivery 1 to 5 business days after that. You get a tracking link by email when your canvas ships. Digital files are ready to download right after payment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Canvases ship within the US only for now. The digital file is available everywhere.
Can two pets share one portrait?
Not yet. Each portrait shows one pet. You can order a separate portrait for each of them.
Which size should I choose?
The 8 × 10 in canvas suits a shelf or a desk. The 11 × 14 in reads well from across a room and is the one we would pick. The 16 × 20 in is the statement piece, for the wall above a mantel or a console.
