Shipping
US shipping is included in the price of every canvas. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days.
Where we ship
Canvases ship to addresses in the United States. Digital files can be downloaded anywhere in the world.
Cost
US shipping is included in the price of every canvas. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Timing
Each canvas is printed to order in 2 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when your canvas ships.
Around the holidays carriers slow down: order early if the portrait is a gift. Our page on pet portrait gifts has more on timing.
Digital files
A digital file is ready to download as soon as your payment goes through. The page you land on after checkout is your download link for the next 7 days: bookmark it.
Sending to someone else
Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Damage in transit
If your canvas arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@getoakandotto.com within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at no cost. The details are on the returns page.
