Privacy
The short version: we use your photo once, to make your portrait, and we never use it or your portrait in our marketing without asking you first.
What we collect
The photo you upload, and your pet’s name if you give it. At checkout: your name, email address and shipping address. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card number.
To count free previews we keep a random number in your browser and a scrambled form of your network address. Neither tells us who you are.
What we do with it
We make your portrait, fulfill your order and answer your emails. We never use your photo or your portrait in our marketing without asking you first.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run this shop: fal and Google (image generation), Supabase (storage of your portrait and your order), Stripe (payments), our US print partner (printing and delivery) and Cloudflare (web hosting). We use the Meta pixel to measure our advertising.
How long we keep it
Your photo is used once, to paint your portrait, and our copy is deleted as soon as the portrait is made. Only the portrait is stored. Portraits that are not ordered are deleted within 30 days. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
